Janson Construction

When we bought our home we called Janson Construction to come out and look at an issue the inspector found In our downstairs bathroom. Jay came out to our future home, gave us an estimate for the work to be done and we told him after we closed on our new home that he would be the one doing the work. The toilets had a leak and the sub flooring needed to be replaced along with a seal for the toilet. Once we closed on our home, we scheduled Janson to come do the repairs. We decided that we wanted to upgrade to Ubatuba granite flooring to match our countertops. They accommodated the request and even picked up the granite flooring for us from Merit flooring in Augusta; which was one thing less for us to do. We had the flooring installed however we ended up having an issue with the flooring. It started to move or pop I guess you could say. I messaged Jay about the issue and told him what was going on with the flooring that his company installed. He told me he would have Nate call to set up a

I needed the roof structure over my patio removed, and gutters installed. Janson's people came in the appropriate amount of time as agreed upon. They were polite, professional, and did beautiful work at a very reasonable price. I will certainly rehire in the future.

Jay and His Team did a great job on my old house back in 2019 when our back deck was remodeled in the summer of 2019 and my apartment in North Augusta Janson did a great Job on both houses in Evans and In North Augusta
