I had a leak and selected to have a metal roof installed. It rained a week after and the same leak was there. After years of having them come out and CAULK, never redoing that section, even though I begged them to actually do something other than caulk, the same leak remained. My ceiling is damaged. I have given up and I have hired another roofing company to fix the leak. DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL A METAL ROOF ON YOUR HOUSE!!!!!! Service: Roof installation
Please beware of Williams Roofing! I would not even them put a roof on àn out house! I have fallen them a dozen times and been lied to too many times. After 11,000.00 my roof. Leaks more than ever. Time to talk to my lawyer.
About 4-1/2 years ago, Williams reshingled my home and replaced a couple of windows. There was quite a bit of rework required. Many shingles had been damaged which could be seen from the street by workers walking on them in extreme heat and had to be replaced. They installed "new construction" windows when replacement windows should have been used. This required extensive rework. After contacting the BBB, they fixed it (somewhat). Since then, we have been dealing with a leak during heavy rains, thinking it was due to a gap by a dormer. However, we recently removed part of the porch ceiling allowing inspection of a part of the roof from underneath and found a large hole in the roof's plywood ingthat was not repaired during the reshingling. It was simply papered and shingled over. Turns out that this is where the leak is coming from and causing water to run down the interior wall. Requests from the company on warranty are not responded to. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
