ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

Tech was efficient and knowledgeable once he arrived. The appointment was set up for 3 weeks ago and kept getting rescheduled. This is the third time I’ve had this problem. 2 years ago my A/C went out on a Thursday in the middle of summer. The earliest thy could get to me was Monday between 8 and 12. Understandable. The tech showed up the following Saturday at 1:00am. The work is satisfactory if someone will show up. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Thomas was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, & is a very hard worker. I have nothing bad to say about him. But ARS this had to be a 2 man job. An over 5 hours job could've taken 1/2 that time with an extra person. My only fault is with the company itself because they should make sure their workers aren't stretched to thin. Even so Thomas did a Phenomenal job and I appreciate him so much. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I would first like to say that the salesman, Jerell Cage, was so very helpful! He is professional, caring and had empathy for our situation. He did everything possible to help us and succeeded! I cannot thank him enough! The 2 techs that replaced our HVAC system and repaired/replaced ductwork underneath are awesome! They are very nice, professional, hard-working young men. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they would not leave or take a break until it was completed. They worked from 10am-9:30pm and back the very next morning to take care of a few last-minute things. Might I add that the weather was over 100 degrees with humidity. My daughter and children woke up to a nice, cool house! Thank you ARS!! I would definitely recommend this company!! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC duct & vent installation
