absolutely the worse company i have every used. we got a new ac unit July 3, 2023 due to our old one being almost 13 years old and slowly going out. we called them to come replace the unit just for it to not fully cool down. we’ve had to call the first month of having it every other day for some one to come look at it. our upstairs room was 85 when set to 72. we were told so many different things on why it was not cooling properly from- your thermostat down stairs is set too low for it to get to the upstairs, you left the door open the the stairs, our filters are too thick, something with the last unit was installed upside down in the attic and we replaced it, you have led lights in the upstairs room and so many more excuses. we were also told we should be lucky that the house is at least 10 degrees cooler than our side. messaged the manager last night to let them know the tech did another no call no show (4th time it happened) and the manager schedule for the ac unit to be removed the

I'm not happy with the installation of my HVAC system. You guys never replace the dampers when you put the new system in. 4 years after the insulation one of the old dampers stopped working. So I called corporate and I was told that they were supposed to replace the dampers when they installed a new unit. So he had them replace the broken damper. Now the other old damper has stopped working. The one they replaced still works right now. I'm expected to pay $1622 for something that should have been replaced when I bought the new unit from ARS. My ac went out and it was 89 in my house and after I checked all I knew to check I knew I needed a professional. ARS had installed my unit a few years ago and I knew they were prompt and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Walt was very polite and professional.
