absolutely the worse company i have every used. we got a new ac unit July 3, 2023 due to our old one being almost 13 years old and slowly going out. we called them to come replace the unit just for it to not fully cool down. we’ve had to call the first month of having it every other day for some one to come look at it. our upstairs room was 85 when set to 72. we were told so many different things on why it was not cooling properly from- your thermostat down stairs is set too low for it to get to the upstairs, you left the door open the the stairs, our filters are too thick, something with the last unit was installed upside down in the attic and we replaced it, you have led lights in the upstairs room and so many more excuses. we were also told we should be lucky that the house is at least 10 degrees cooler than our side. messaged the manager last night to let them know the tech did another no call no show (4th time it happened) and the manager schedule for the ac unit to be removed the

I called ARS today to have someone come out to check our air conditioning units and I had an appointment within an hour! Mitch, who was sent to our home did a great job. He was honest with his assessment of our air conditioning system and installed the new part we needed on the spot. He was also congenial and an all around nice man!
