I was not surprised by the excellent, professional and knowledge of the service since all previous services I had with Limric was above and beyond my expectations that unfortunately I have received from past companies. Philip was not only experienced and knowledgeable but went right to the problem to correct it. Philip was not only professional but a brilliant conversationalist due to his worldly travels. I have already recommended your company to a friend on James Island. Philip and all your A/C people as well as your plumbing technicians have made us very happy clients.
Our technician Ashley S today was amazing. My boyfriend had a job orientation suddenly during our time slot, so they came in the morning, started with inside and finished up quickly so he could make it on time. Amazing service, as always!
Had a water heater emergency on Saturday morning. My neighbor recommended Limric. They were very responsive and I wasn't one of their existing customers; I am now! Demetrius, a very nice, professional, and knowledgeable young man, arrived within 15 minutes. He immediately began working and promptly took care of the issue. Will return Monday to install new water heater.
