Charleston Heating and Air

Previously, I had had another company out to do air conditioner maintenance and reboot the system because the "high-pressure" code had trigged the system to shut off. At the time, I was happy with the company because the air started working again. However, within a week, the system shut-off again. So, this time I called Charleston Heating and Air because our neighbor uses them and recommended them. Lucas came out. I have to say that he did an AMAZING job! He was extremely thorough, and he checked everything and stayed until he was able to diagnose the problem. In the end, it turns out the heat/air system is fairly old and has issues. He knew that I was on a budget, so he quoted me several options. He was very smart, and his customer service was outstanding. These guys are the best! First of all you are greeted with friendly, helpful, and responsive people on your first call. They come when they say they will. They are clean and respect your home. They are very thorough. And they communicate well about what they did and what they found. If your system needs something, they explain why and how much it will cost before you have to make a decision. And now they can provide service for our plumbing needs as well!
