AC went out on Friday afternoon, technician arrived Saturday morning. He was the bearer of bad news. We had some major issues on our 15 year old system. He provided us with several options. We choose to get a new system. The next morning Wes was here to load test and design new system, after giving us several choices, we took a day to think about it and then picked the option best for us. Wednesday morning Ray, Wesley and Jeremy showed up at the promised time to start the job. All were very professional, explained everything that was going on as they went. They basically replaced our whole system. They had everything they need on hand.They all were very good with my two dogs also! By 3 o’clock our new system was up and running. Now it is like they were never here, everything is cleaned up and good to go! Highly recommend them! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

How does this business have an almost perfect 5 star review status? 1. They sent out a plumber out when I needed an electrician. Okay we are all human, it happens. 2. I was told it would be 59 dollars for the repairman to come out. Then the price changed to 297 dollars for the diagnostic fee. Since I obviously did not know what was wrong and needed my light fixed we paid the fee. 300 hundred dollars is a bit much to replace a 4 dollar light switch in less than 15 minutes. Don't get me wrong the electrician was very nice and showed up on time but I feel like this business took advantage of us. I believe in charging a fair price for the job but this was ridiculous.

Ryan, Raymond, and Wes did a great job installing my new air conditioning system! I am very satisfied with the quality of work and time it took to complete the job.
