I had Charleston Roof + windows replace my roof last year. There was a corner I showed to them that I was not happy about. There was no problem for them. Now their no problem is falling. I called them and they do not repair it under warranty. This is a job badly done and they declined to fixit 3 times. Shame on them. Don't have them to replace your roof. They do not do a good job and they do not stand behind it. You are left hanging dry.

We had our roof replaced and Eric was the salesman for the company. He made the process of getting our roof replaced painless. He helped us step by step from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, professional and his communication skills were outstanding. Jared was our site manager who was very responsive and communicated with us daily until the project was complete.
