I had Charleston Roof + windows replace my roof last year. There was a corner I showed to them that I was not happy about. There was no problem for them. Now their no problem is falling. I called them and they do not repair it under warranty. This is a job badly done and they declined to fixit 3 times. Shame on them. Don't have them to replace your roof. They do not do a good job and they do not stand behind it. You are left hanging dry.
Eric Chestnut did an outstanding job and was very professional from start to finish. The entire process from inspection, working with insurance to roof installation and clean up was great.
Charleston Roof and Windows was an excellent choice! I recently bought a house and my insurance cancelled my policy a month after we moved in. CHS Roof and Windows came by the next day with a free estimate, received a great quote and they were able to start work with in 2 weeks!!! I was able to save money, the quality of work is amazing and very fast (1 day Full Roof Replacement)! Thank you very much! LOOK AT THAT ROOF????
