Customer's Preference, recently installed a new HVAC system. Kenneth and his crew were on time, and extremely professional from the very first visit. Kenneth greatly exceeded my expectations while providing excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. Out of all the companies that provided a quote, Customer's Preference, was the only one that didn't try to oversell something I didn't need. Kenneth stayed late during the install to ensure the quality of work was perfect before leaving, I have honestly never seen this level of customer service before. Kenneth returned the very next day to ensure I was happy with the install, went over thermostat configuration and answered all of my many questions. We had amazing customer service from Kenneth. He was friendly, prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to talk with me on the phone to fully address my concerns and provided me with HVAC education. Unlike the other companies that I had initially called, who wouldn’t talk through the situation without sending out a technician and charging me a service fee. Kenneth came out the same day, both times that I called. He has great communication skills and presented us with several solutions to the problem, at various price points ... instead of jumping straight to the most expensive repair option. Kenneth arrived within the promised time window and was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed my issue as a failed capacitor. Once replaced, he topped off my refrigerant until my unit was blowing 20 degrees colder than the intake. This company is honest and dependable.
