James with Fix It 24/7 did a fantastic job as usual. He is incredibly professional and over the years we have found him to be a man of honesty and integrity. He installed our main unit as well as two mini-splits years ago and has done a great job maintaining them. We are so thankful for him! The whole experience was exceptional. From setting up the appointment to completion of the water heater install. The receptionist was polite, understanding, and more than accommodating, even when I had to push the appointment back because I was running a little late. Jeff and Brent arrived promptly on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They listened, addressed my concerns, and provided multiple solutions with very reasonable pricing. I scheduled my install for the next day. Mike and Kyle were my installation reps and were amazing. They arrived ahead of time to work around my meetings, were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and focused on problem-solving as needed. They did an incredible job, ran into a few unexpected obstacles, and figured out how to move forward with complete reassurance. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything thoroughly and spent the time to ensure everything was perfect and cleaned up before they left. 5 stars! Servi

This company seemed nice when they came out to service my mom’s house. She had plumbing issues (tons of water back up) that they claimed was resolved. By the next morning the issue was back, so I called the company to explain the issue, and I was told there was no one to come out until that next week. I found that to be so wrong especially after she already paid for a service that was not received. I called back again to let them know, my mom paid and obviously the job wasn’t done correctly, and if no one could come out to finish what should have been done, then she should be refunded. I was told she would receive a call back….NOTHING! She will never use this company again. It’s crazy to me that the reviews are high, with the type of service received.
