Top Choice Plumbing

At first I was excited to use this company as they presented very friendly and knowledgeable. Good reviews. Unfortunately, they started a job that we had went over in detail that was agreed upon and scheduled. They started one day of the work and then did not return. When I tried to get more information I was assured that it was all okay and they would return that week. I feel like they were not wanting to bother with our tighter crawl space and our gutted remodel. I guess it was just confusing because it was spoken of as no problem and the job could be done. Different things were told to me versus my spouse. For instance, telling me a different date when they would return. They probably are great with smaller jobs. I would not recommend if you have a larger project to manage. Thankfully, we were able to hire another company who completed the work in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. The front desk staff ladies were wonderful! Very nice and helpful.

At a time when customer service and quality workmanship have become rare, the people at Top Choice set a high standard and they deliver it. Robert and his team are professionals. They were very professional and detailed with the installation. They took extra measures to ensure a great installation; installing a pot filler is much more complicated than one would think. I wish all businesses had such great costumer service. Thanks so much guys!
