Nick was prompt and great about letting me know if he was running late. My job was more challenging than first thought & he handled it calmly & with determination. I cannot state enough how seamless and easy working with Handyman Connection (Mount Pleasant) was. They were professional, friendly, answered my questions, were patient with my children, were so responsive, quick, and just all around great. The work they completed was done very well and extremely fairly priced to boot. This is a project we had wanted to complete ourselves for a long time, I was raised with a do-it-yourself attitude. After working with Handyman Connection… I’m not convinced my former ethos makes a ton of sense anymore, because Handyman Connection is just a phone call away! This just freed up so much of my time and energy, and I have the reassurance too that the job was actually done WELL. Alec was so helpful and warm and suggested additional services in a helpful way, not at all in a “trying to sell you” way(which I gratefully took him up on- and he was right!). Link insured the communication was smooth and painless- and WOW! absolutely immediate, responsive scheduling.

From my interactions with Link to my technician Joe arriving on time to perform my requested work, just a fabulous start to finish. Joe listened to what I wanted done and utilized his expertise to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional, therefore, I give this company the highest compliment and I look forward to working with them on my future projects.
