I couldn’t even get past the scheduling stage before I got so absolutely frustrated with them and hung up on them. 1) They kept asking for “my husband” to be at the estimate. (Two different callers! “When does your husband work?” / “I see there’s a problem with having your husband at the estimate appt”). I’m NOT married!! They never asked!! The house is in my name alone. 2) the first rep said they couldn’t schedule an apt since they were booked 2 weeks out in the Charleston area. They’d have to call me back. 2 hours later someone calls me to schedule. 3) They left a message for my bathroom remodel saying they were from southern industries siding and windows. They don’t even know who they’re calling!! This was a Home Depot referral and I will NOT be using them. Awful customer service!!

Noel was very professional and delightful! The presentation he provided was quite informative and fun! The proposal was appreciated, and we will have to see if this is something we can work with.

Noel did a great job on his presentation. Very professional. Window presentation showed that these windows are very energy efficient. Thanks for coming out. Hope to be able to use this company in the near future. ????
