Rivers Reliable Services has saved the day once again! Our AC broke down in the middle of summer and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. He had it fixed promptly and professionally. Such reliable, friendly, and quality service is hard to find these days. A big thank you to Mike and the team!

The worst company I have ever delt with. If I could give 0 stars I would they don't deserve 1 star. The woman Crystal that answered the phone was always rude when you called. These people do not care that us don't have a/c when its over 90 degrees outside. They came to see what my a/c issue was without checking inside the house. They "found" the problem and was supposed to order the part. Days go by and I hear nothing so I call and they say they are waiting for the part and when I hung up the phone I started getting emails that the part was ordered. So in other words if I didn't call, who knows how long it would have took. They came to replace the part and a couple days later it goes out again. Another visit they did not check inside for any issues. My husband went to examine the unit in the attic just to find the clogged drain line and a pan full of water. Something that if they checked the first time we may have been able to enjoy our a/c sooner. Over a month and 4 visits later I fin
