One star is the least I was allowed to give here, but they don’t deserve it. Multiple bad experiences with this company, mainly because of an office employee named Sandy. She is apparently allowed to run roughshod over customers despite several complaints to cowering management. It seems that everyone there is scared of this bully. Called on a Sunday morning when the A/C went out the night before. Had our system up and running by lunch the same day. The tech (sorry, I don't remember his name), was professional, knowledgeable, and even took the time to talk me through some of the basic maintenance and general knowledge of my system as he worked. I went ahead and signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great prices, prompt service, and excellent customer service. Service: A/C system repair
