Jason just left , yes, it’s 97 degrees out…. Typical July in SC I called 2 days ago with a request to have them check out my Mitsubishi mini splits which just didn’t seem to be cooling like they used too. Not an urgent service, but they were still onsite promptly, in July. Jason was very informative, didn’t try to upsell or have me sign up for a PMP agreement. He explained what he found wrong with some of my units and since I already knew how to fix that issue he offered for me to do it or call to schedule for them to do it. I opted to take care of the inside head unit cleaning myself as I am more than capable and looking to save a few bucks. I haven’t gotten the bill yet but I’m guessing I’ll feel the service was well worth it.

Super happy with adkins heating and air! We woke up without heat this morning - I called at 8am and Will was here within 30 minutes. He quickly repaired our very old unit and got our heat running again for a very reasonable price! We’re new in town and are thankful our neighbor recommended this company. I liked them until my less than 2 year old unit, which they told me was still under warranty, started leaking Freon. I was charged $435.00. They said that was labor cost, which they said they kept as low as possible. Didn't seem fair to me but I paid it.
