I purchased a new HVAC unit in February 2022. The motor went out two weeks ago. I have called for two weeks trying to get them to fix the unit they sold me. They said there is a nationwide shortage on motors and the owner is trying to find a resolution. I talked to another HVAC company and they informed me there is not shortage of motors and a universal motor could be put in until the proper motor arrives. They also said HVAC companies don’t make money on warranty work and that is why nobody is coming out to fix my unit. This is horrible to make people suffer in this heat unnecessarily. I had my a c, which is a 20 year unit blowing hot air Cody came out and he was amazing, he was honest, explained everything and actually fixed the air conditioner and didn't try to force me into buying a new unit. I will do service work with them and most likely buy a new system. At some point from the great honest. I hope Cody is valued and commended by his superiors.
