Hospitality Heating and Air Conditioning

I purchased a new HVAC unit in February 2022. The motor went out two weeks ago. I have called for two weeks trying to get them to fix the unit they sold me. They said there is a nationwide shortage on motors and the owner is trying to find a resolution. I talked to another HVAC company and they informed me there is not shortage of motors and a universal motor could be put in until the proper motor arrives. They also said HVAC companies don’t make money on warranty work and that is why nobody is coming out to fix my unit. This is horrible to make people suffer in this heat unnecessarily. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 2 stars. Only reason being Shane. We smelled gas in our attic and called Hospitality. Shane came out and realized it was coming from the regulator on our gas fireplace. He said he’d come by the next day to replace it with a new regulator. He did just that the following day. Hospitality did no work to our fireplace but Shane offered to replace the regulator free of charge. That was a nice touch. The president of hospitality reached out the day after me leaving this review and asked to speak. I called and left a voicemail. He did not return my call. He wanted to talk again after the incident with the gas leak. Yet, he again did not give me a call. Still not impressed with the company in any way except for Shane. He was extremely professional and kind the entire time. Original Post: You get what you pay for. Hospitality is the cheapest in the area, but we paid for awful service.
