Wow what can I say ... I needed someone to come and take a look at my AC unit due to some issues we were having. Kevin even came the day of to inspect and got me up in running in no time! Kevin is one of the hardest working people, I have ever seen. He is pleasant, professional and will take the time to answer your questions. I was referred to Amaro Mechanical by my home warranty company. My 30+ year old HVAC system finally stopped working on a frigid Sunday morning this past January. I put the request for service in at 7am that morning and around 8am I received a call from Kevin. He explained he was on a job but would come by that morning. He actually arrived not too long after that conversation. After a very thorough inspection, he diagnosed the outside compressor ceased because the inside unit was not functioning. He explained the entire issue with the unit and unfortunately it was not repairable which I suspected. He was extremely diligent in working with myself and the home warranty company in regards to obtaining approval for a new system. My company actually approved the parts, equipment and for Kevin to perform the job ( I told them I didn't want any other company to do the job) either).
