Reid Heating and Air has always been exceptional for the last few years. After trying a few others over the years we will not ever use anyone else. I called them today and they had someone out within 3 hours. The service was included in our warranty which I highly recommend. This latest problem was a relatively easier fix but Joseph went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was resolved, but also tweaked some duct work to ensure the air was flowing correctly.
Austin, Chris & David provided excellent customer service from start to finish! They were courteous, professional and had a great attitude! I will refer all my friends and family to Reid Heating & Air! Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
AC wasn’t working in the extreme heat of August. Although I’ve paid to be a preferred customer with my regular company, they couldn’t come out for 4 days. Reid Heating and Cooling was recommended by neighbors. Chris came out quickly. Addressed the situation in less than an hour. We are happy and cool. Reid has a new customer.
