We can't thank Chuck and Gary for helping us out to get our water back up and running! Over the course of a few days our water pressure tailed off drastically, to the point where upstairs we had no running water. My husband called them on a Friday to explain the situation, and Gary was at our house Saturday to look at the issue! He quickly diagnosed that our well pump had quit and needed to be replaced. I assumed we would probably have to wait to resolve everything on Monday, but nope! He went to get all the required materials and had us running water ( with superb pressure) by Saturday afternoon. We can't thank them enough for spending their Saturday working in the rain to get our issue fixed. Highly recommend Amen Plumbing if you need a trustworthy plumber in the Rock Hill area. Charles had helped us so much for his visit. He had taught me so much knowledge about pipes. The knowledge is even more valuable. Also, when I called, the line was picked up almost instantly and Charles showed up earlier than the lady told me in the phone! Great company, would recommend for services if there is an emergency.
