In my opinion, one of the worst nightmares is to wake up and realize your main sewer line is stopped up. No shower, no toilet and unable to use water.I I've had many years of difficulty finding a reliable plumber, before and after each service call. It took over 4 hours online to finally find a review that I thought sounded good enough to call and set up an appointment. I told Brittany the nature of my problem and she was able to work me today. I asked for Chuck since his name came up quite a bit in the reviews. Chuck and his assistant arrived at the time we agreed on. I video was done to find the problem. At this point, Chuck explained what needed to be done and the charge. I also had a few problems with the toilets that he fixed. Everything is back to normal. Finally, a plumbing company I can trust. Amen Plumbing was easy to work with. Brittany took my information, understood my needs, and scheduled my appointment quickly and easily. She even texted to let me know when Gary was on his way. Gary was personable, professional, and was happy to tell me what was wrong, what he needed to do to fix it, and how much it would cost before he ever started working. He got it all fixed easily and for a fair and reasonable price and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I give Amen Plumbing my highest recommendation. A1 service on all fronts!
