I would highly suggest using this service because he literally saved me from having to purchase a system. I did not need that a competitor was trying to push me to buy. I wish there was a 10 star rating for MyK Air because I would have given it to them! My A/C died; and unfortunately I had to have the entire HVAC system replaced. Mike came to my house, gave me an honest assessment and a fair price, and scheduled the installation. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything about the new system and the warranty. He even came back after the date of service to check on things and make some adjustments. His team was done in less than 8 hours on the install, cleaned up everything (I can't even tell they were ever here). He even identified some mistakes that were done by the original installer... My system is cooling to the point I have to wear a blanket now if I set it at the "old" temperature I was using!
