Both my experiences with Browns Roofing were excellent. in 2020 they help with a minor shingle repair and then in 2021 for a roof replacement. Hayden was very friendly and professional and kept me apprised from the claim through the installation. Roofing team were punctual, efficient and left my place free of debris when the finished. This company is fantastic. My original call out was for a small repair to the substructure of the porch roof. Hayden Black came out and looked at the area for repair and sent his witkers to action. They found another small area needing repaired and tackled it as well. Hayden was on top of things the entire process. We than had a conflicting report the roof was in desperate need of repair by a competitor company. Hayden took the time to come out and go over my entire roof and showed me what was in need of repair and what wasn't. He was very honest and professional and could have easily said it needed total replacement but he understood it wasn't nessecary and that sealed the deal for my opinion of Browns Roofing.
