I had a roof leak so we called Brown's. Hayden came over and quickly and thoroughly inspected my roof and drafted a plan to fix it. He gave me a reasonable estimate and explained the breakdown so even a novice could understand. Hayden was super helpful and professional. I won't trust our roof with just anyone. Alex of Brown's Roofing was very impressive from the initial meeting. He sat at the table with my grandmother and myself and explained the process from beginning to end. The workers and Alex were at my grandmother's house at the specified time. The work was completed quickly, precise and a very through clean up!! Even after a year of being very proud of my grandmother's roof, I had trouble with the insurance company wanting to cancel the insurance because of having documentation that I we had no knowledge of them needing. Alex and Connie at Brown's Roofing was on top of the matter and made contact with the insurance company to insure all necessary documents were readily available for the insurance company. I would never, ever recommend any company other than Brown's Roofing LLC for roofing repair, roofing inspection, or roofing installation. Both my experiences with Browns Roofing were excellent. in 2020 they help with a minor shingle repair and then in 2021 for a roof replacement. Hayden was very friendly and professional and kept me apprised from the claim through the installation. Roofing team were punctual, efficient and left my place free of debris when the finished.
