Very pleased with Carolina Refrigeration! We had them give us estimates for a new HVAC system when our old a/c went out and left us in the heat. They responded promptly and gave us a handful of options to choose from by brand, efficiency, and price point. Owner so helpful explaining and answering our questions. Installation team really nice and cleaned up well. Loving our new thermostat and really enjoying our cool air!
The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Don't agree to a job if you aren't going to follow through. The technician said they would get the diagnosis out to us in an hour; TWO DAYS LATER they still hadn't sent anything. I called each day and asked the status and they said they would "get to it". I couldn't recommend this business less. Employees are not knowledgeable or articulate and the front desk has an attitude.
Trevor and his team were fantastic! My HVAC situation was complicated and they navigated the entire process with constant communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!
