***EDIT- after receiving a response: after reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only customer to be ghosted by the owner and other representatives, and your 'standard" response will not make your company more appealing to me or anyone else. Why would we call the same number again after we called it multiple times before, only to be ignored entirely? How you treat people is exactly how to lose current and potential customers and build a bad reputation. Several years ago, Champions did our roof, and we were delighted, so when we found out they make additions, we called them, and the owner came to give us an estimate. We had a great conversation; he had fantastic ideas and said he would send us an estimate. A few weeks passed, and we called his number and left a message but have not heard back. We called the office but received no reply either. A few months later, my husband called them again to give us an estimate on replacing two windows. Some guy showed up and was very nice.

I can truly appreciate good people and great service. Champion Services have redone my kitchen flooring, a bathroom upgrade and replaced my roof over the years. When I call Mrs Donna, she is always very professional. I can count on her to make sure the appointments, estimates and on-site projects are set. I have dealt with John, Seth and Tony, I look forward to all of my upcoming projects being completed by Champion Services and will continue to recommend Only the best in the Business.
