Comfort Zone of the Carolinas

I called to get a quote for a system replacement. My call was returned very quickly. I got friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure advice on my options. I quickly decided that I wanted to use Comfort Zone of the Carolinas for my new installation. The installation crew was on time, worked hard all day, and were very professional. Highly recommend! I built a house and looked for the best company, found out that was Comfort Zone. I wanted an upgrade so I talked to owner Jason Whitesell who recommended a system that would save me money and pay me back for what I paid. It did. This Sunday, 3 years after installation, a cold day with freezing temps in the forecast my unit shut down. I called Comfort Zone and got a call within a few minutes that the repair guy was going to be here in 40 minutes, and he was! Less than 10 minutes later Jason Whitesell the owner himself was at the door. They diagnosed the problem as being the digital thermostat and will return the next day to install a new one. A compointant they have no control over. They didn't make the darn thing! But wait, do I have to freeze to death No problem, Mr. Whitesell went to his truck and returned with a new heater still in the box. He set it up where I wanted it and it headed the room aided by my ceiling fan in a matter of minutes. They then worked on my gas fireplace unit

They were very professional and honest. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My air broke on a Friday night. The company I had a service contact with never even called back. I am now getting a service contract through comfort zone. When I told Brian my mother was on oxygen, he was there in no time. Thank you so much for all y’all did to help and get my air going.
