My husband and I have been very happy with Comfort Zone. The woman who answers the phones is friendly. We receive timely reminders of when it's time to have our system serviced. The Technician Brian is friendly, professional, informative, greets our black lab like they are old friends and goes the extra mile like changing our filters that are too high for us to reach. Our A/C went out on the day it was 100 degrees outside. Our warranty company wasn't any help after calling several places. (No longer our warranty company AHS) So we decided to pay out of pocket. Not only did Comfort Zone come out the same day. They also gave my husband a military discount. The problem was corrected within 10 minutes! The guy was so friendly and knew right away what the issue was. Most importantly he did not try to find things wrong to charge more. We will always call Comfort Zone from this day forward for our A/C needs. Definitely consider this company for all your A/C needs. We thank you and so do our kitty cats!
