A joke. Hours late, no call, came in with excuses. Didn't fix the issue and was charged again when they came back to not fix it again. Tried a third time and they never even showed up.
They never show up the day they’re scheduled to come. This has happened for four days. I call. They put me on the schedule. I take off work. They never show up. Four times this has happened.
First of all, they never answer their phone or voicemails so just hope you actually catch them. Second of all, good luck having them show up and fix the problem the same day. Took them 3 times to finally fix my shower. Third and foremost, they busted a pipe in my bathroom trying to fix it and destroyed the floor. Was promised by the plumber that he would make it right. Well that was 2 months ago and now the plumber and the company are ignoring my calls. Now the bathroom is in pieces and can't even use what they fixed. HORRIBLE company never use them.
