Friendly and knowledgeable
Im a novice diy-er and our new dryer was running but not heating. My husband came here to replace the burned-out heating element. So when that didn't fix the problem, i went back to get a thermistor and fuse. Jeremiah was awesome and patient with me. I forgot the model number but we worked it out together to get what i needed. Happy with my purchase, I returned home with parts in hand (and a Phillips head screwdriver) and in about 20 minutes cranked that bad boy up. Dryer heating appropriately and my clothes are washing and drying. Thanks Jeremiah!
Stupid stupid stupid I was there 30 minutes had model number and serial number and part number so I made the mistake of believing they would give me the right part WRONG I expect to get my money back and will never do business with someone this stupid again. Of course I will not be compensated for my time and money to have to return the wrong part they gave me. I wish I had the choice for zero stars.
