Panther Heating & Cooling was a great company to work with for my HVAC system. Starting with Josh, who came out for an estimate and provided me with options. Brittany in the office answering all my phone calls and question. Day of installation, Enrique and Edgar explained what they will do and how long it will take. I bought a new unit for my upstairs last year from Panther and I was so happy with it I bought another new unit for my downstairs. The installers, Enrique and Edgar, were professional, friendly, quick, thorough, and detailed. I really must commend how they worked so hard to make sure my unit was installed right to perfection. They also made sure they let me know what they were doing and that I knew how to register and operate the new thermostat. Their work was top-notch and they cleaned up leaving the area in better condition than before they came. I couldn’t be more please with the entire experience!

Absolutely fantastic service! These are trustworthy, good hearted people who care about others and take care of their customers. We all have questions about the credibility of contractors we use, but these folks have my highest recommendation! Our A/C went out during the hottest week of 2023 and during a sensitive time for our family. Panther made some adjustments to their schedule and came out to help us out as soon as they could. It is not about just a dollar for this company. You will not be sorry to chose them as your HVAC service provider. We are extremely thankful for what they did for us.
