Our Tech, Randy Jenkins, was a consummate professional and watching him work was like witnessing a detective solve a crime. He tracked down the elusive issue, never getting frustrated, and truly his persistence and knowledge were impressive to behold. This is the second time we have used Full Spectrum Plumbing and that should tell you something! We didn't hesitate to call them again because they were so great the first time around. This time we had a leak in our attic. Randy came out the day we called, identified the problem and had it solved in a short time. He was professional and educated us about the immediate problem. He also gave us suggestions about future improvements (our system is at least 30 years old) without any pressure to act immediately.
