I have nothing but praises for this company. They worked on my fix and flip project and I am very impressed and happy with the results. It was a difficult project being an old house but they were responsive, upgraded the old pipes for the entire house, and were very approachable in the entire process. I will definitely be keeping them. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair

Submitted for an AC Tune-Up through American Home Shield back in April and was assigned Honesty for the job. Tech came out and 'fulfilled' the service. However, two months later, I'm working with a new contractor (NOT through AHS) who is re-servicing the AC Unit because Honesty did such a useless job. Take a look at these photos. Does this look like a unit that was cleaned two months ago? Waste of $100. Cost me more money in follow-up servicing fees. I went to AHS and worked out a partial refund. Also stated I would be canceling any claim they assigned to Honesty moving forward

I was sent to Honesty Services through my home warranty. They responded to the claim quickly. It took about a week to get an appointment but they called to let me know the tech was on their way and they were early in the assigned window. Made the repairs quickly and tech wore booties as requested in the house. He left and let me know when it was all completed. Service: A/C system repair
