Lighthouse heating and cooling specialist. Mr. James Sidden came to my ressidence because my control unit on my ac unit needed to be replaced. He was very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. He informed me because of the age of the unit he had to order a special part. A short time later he had the part and installed the part without incident. His price for the job was competitive with the market in Rock Hill. His office staff was always there and notified me when the part came in and set up a quick appointment.
