Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am a real estate agent out of rock Hill South Carolina. We had a house that needed sewer repair and inspection. After two other companies failed to find the problem Peter with Roto Rooter did an inspection found the problems and fixed it the problems. He and his team, Bobby, Aaron and Joseph were so professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help the homeowner. Peter and his team were so knowledgeable and helpful. We had a stopped up shower drain in our master shower. Roto Rooter helped schedule us quickly and the man sent was on time that they promised. The office kept calling to inform me of expected arrival time which was a nice customer perk. (Other businesses should follow their lead.) The shower drain was cleared very quickly and the man was packed in no time ... I would ask for William again next time. I did not have a ball park price so was a little surprised when I heard the proposed price, but hey, we had to get this completed. Service: Drain cleaning
