Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing needs. Lang and Joe were fast and professional, and clearly explained what they were doing and what they found. Communication with the main office was excellent and although there was an unexpected delay, I was full informed of why and when the guys would be at my office. Great job all! Thanks. They sent a senior tech and his apprentice to fix a drain. He sent his apprentice in and stayed in the van the whole time. Did not see him get out once. By the end of it the apprentice did not know what he was doing and kept saying he would ask the tech whenever we had questions. I guess he was too busy with a phone call according to him. they quoted us 4,000$ to replace an elbow. unprofessional, scam, and way too expensive.

We had a stopped up shower drain in our master shower. Roto Rooter helped schedule us quickly and the man sent was on time that they promised. The office kept calling to inform me of expected arrival time which was a nice customer perk. (Other businesses should follow their lead.) The shower drain was cleared very quickly and the man was packed in no time ... I would ask for William again next time. I did not have a ball park price so was a little surprised when I heard the proposed price, but hey, we had to get this completed. Service: Drain cleaning
