Written by Renee Morris This post is about the new deck that Honey Do built for my mother. The owner who came and gave a quote was professional and courteous. The men who did the work were punctual and kind. The problem comes in with returning her phone calls about things that need to be addressed after the work was completed. She called numerous times, left messages, and even spoke to Farrah. She assured her that someone would get back in touch with her, but no one has. I have pictures of the things that need to be addressed. Updated Kevin, Thank you for returning to fix the things that needed to be addressed. You were courteous, punctual, and professional. I am sorry that you no longer want to work with my mom in the future.
