They were fantastic!! They were able to come out within a couple of hours when my AC stopped working on a 90 degree day. I’d called 3 other places who couldn’t work me in for at least 4 days. Great company to work with! Communications is awesome - easy to get in touch with, they e-mail and text updates to appointments and copies of work orders/invoices, text when they are on the way, etc. Service guys were very professional, let us know what they were doing during the whole process, were very neat/clean and treated our house as if it was their own. Overall, they did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend Elite!! Service: HVAC system maintenance
Our air went out in 90 degree weather on a Saturday. Thought we had another company coming on Sunday but that didn’t happen. Called Elite and they came right out. Price was fair. Shawn was awesome! Service: A/C system repair
