US Air Heating and Cooling

Came home on Sunday evening from a weekend away with air conditioning not producing cold air. Called U.S. Air (who I've used since 2011) - they sent a tech who checked things out, made a "minor" repair, and got things working properly. Great experience, as always.

US Air H&C installed a new compressor in December, and said they would follow-up with a whole house (3 system) complimentary inspection. They did - and they contacted me about it. It was easy to set up a convenient time, and the communication before and after the inspection was excellent. The technician was very professional.

Excellent and most thorough maintenance service by US Air. The technician Chris spent about 3 hours at our house, carefully and methodically inspecting both our AC units and our heating unit and serviced them with great care, diagnosing hidden issues that we would never be aware of. The service levels far exceeded expectations and great effort was taken to explain to us the age of our units and likely when they would need to be replaced. Very informative and transparent service.
