Every person I encounter with this company is professional, kind and courteous. Margaret in the office is responsive and always more than willing to help. She calls back when she says she will call back. That may seem like a "small thing" but in today's world, it is a big thing!! Most recently, she got us a same day appointment. Coleman came out and took time to correctly diagnose the problem. He was extremely nice, considerate and respectful in the presence of my 92 year old mum who has dementia. He was quiet and made sure not to startle her. I am so glad I chose US Air Heating and Cooling when replacing our units. They are all-around wonderful.
The crew got here and installed an entire new system in the terrible 96 F heat and got us back in service. They were attentive to my questions system runs great. Service: Heating system maintenance
