The Roofing Guy did an outstanding job putting in my new roof & repairing the fascias/soffits. He was prompt in returning my call & he was prepared with measurements of my roof, so he could give me an estimate within a day. His crew was on time & finished the job the day they started. They were efficient and did the job cleanly. After they left, you’d never know they were here-except I had a new roof!! Rich the Roofing guy showed great concern for keeping costs down and quality up & he kept in contact with me during the job, so I didn’t have to worry & answered any questions I had. The estimate was spot on. He also used technology smartly to ensure problem spots were fixed correctly. He also fixed bad spots on my facsias & soffits and now my roof is not leaking and it looks good too! If you are looking for an honest roofing company to do a great job -the roofing guy is for you! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! If you want a bad unprofessional, non-responsive company to work who doesn’t take responsibility for damage that did. I used this company through my warranty company and they went into my attic damaging my AC after. They are not taking responsibility for this and are lying that it’s not their fault. I asked to be reimbursed for my $100 but tried to coerce me to only get my $100 by adding additional $100 to my roof repair to get this back.
