As a commercial property manager we rely heavily on our vendors/contractors to provide exceptional quality service; often times it’s at a moments notice due to the nature of the repair and/or the demands of the tenant. Cannon Roofing is responsive, dependable, professional, dedicated to the service that they provide and quality of work. Without giving specifics, they recently accommodated a change in schedule while completing a roof replacement due to the needs of the tenants. This could have cost our clients additional money however Cannon Roofing was more concerned with the safety of the tenants and liability that it would have caused our client than to submit a change order.
