Thompson Heating and Air

The two people who came seemed quite knowledgeable and performed the first maintenance on the HVAC equipment since it was installed. Great to know that everything is ship-shape regarding the unit. I did have an issue with the scheduling though. I scheduled online and got a message that they would be here on 3/22 between 4-6pm. No one came during those hours and no phone call, email or text message. Disappointing when you get this type of response when you try a new vendor. I got an update via email this morning that they would be here between 4-6pm today and then got a phone call that they were running early and was it OK for them to come early. Glad I was able to accommodate them. Because of the scheduling incident, I don't feel I can give them 5 stars. Services: A/C system maintenance, Ductless heating & A/C services

I reached out to Thompson for a response to a very poor diagnosis that resulted in a $300+ invoice. I understand they have high ratings but I cannot recommended Thompson. The technicians were diligent but arrived at a very wrong and costly diagnosis. To not respond to my complaint is puzzling.
