Action Building Services just successfully completed 3 building jobs for us -- rebuilding shed and roof behind garage, replacing steps off backporch with composite material and replacing roof on well shed. My main need was for changing out old electrical fixtures for new ones I had purchased. Getting an estimate was quick, but I had was put on the work schedule over two months out. Once the date finally arrived they did stay a full two days until everything on my list was completed perfectly. Both men were so easy to work with and a delight to have in my home for a two day period. I really appreciated the time taken for each job to be completed up to a high standard. One area required a VERY tedious task of creative work to get the new light fixtures that were smaller refitted into a larger space where the old fixtures had been. I am a retired interior decorator, remodeling designer /consultant and have owned two home and garden retail stores. I highly recommend this company………if you have time to wait. Service: Remodeling

Not only was I overcharged by $1100, but the repair they did also failed in less than a month. I've tried negotiating with them, which worked at first but now they won't even answer my calls. I'm a disabled woman and I think they just thought they could take advantage of me. If I could give negative stars, I would. They won't even come look at what they did. Service: General construction
