Hixon's Roofing

We had our 21-year roof replaced today by Hixon's roofing. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with their work. They made it so very easy from the estimate to the installation. Crew was here at 7:15 AM completed our house and storage building. Our old roof was striped, hauled away and property was cleaned before they left. The job looks great. We couldn't be happier! Started on the wrong day, not a lot of transparency from the rep about the scope of work. Cleanup was average, I picked up trash and about 100 nails. They tore new siding off my house and couldn’t figure out how to reattach it the correct way. The supervisor response was great and it seemed like they wanted to fix the issue but didn’t at the end of the day. If you want average work done for an alright price, this is your company.

Call them, were promised to be called back, waited 10 days, called again, was promised that one of their sales people would be at our company at 2;00. Guess what...... very poor, just a phone call would have done a lot.
