Kyle was very responsive and accommodating. We had a roof leak caused by a damaged boot for a dryer vent. From phone call to quote only took 2 days and the quote was reasonable (I got 3 companies to give me numbers and Hometown had the best price and most thorough investigation to the cause of the issue). The work is guaranteed for 30 days. The repair was completed today within 2 hours and no surprise charges. Assuming the repair holds definitely a 5/5 for all criteria.
