Jeff Urban and his crew are amazing! They always put their clients first. At 9pm on a Saturday night they're technician, Russell made two trips to us to examine what was wrong with our unit and then kept us current throughout the week while we had to wait for the manufacturer to get us a part to fix it. He even came before the part was available to temporarily fix the unit to help keep us comfortable. Once the part came they were promptly at our place putting us back to normal. This company is definitely the best air conditioning company on the Grand Strand! Highly recommended!

Started out on a great note. They identified an issue quickly with our mini split. However, the service and responsiveness and quality of work went down rapidly. They were quick to install the new unit and accept payment, however, faults such as improper connections such as exposed wires on the exterior of the home were noted a day later, multiple calls with offer of quick fix Lasted 5 days leading to call to the owner for someone to actually show up. That problem was then addressed. 2 weeks later, notice wet stain on garage ceiling... home inspector identify 2 leaks in the system that was soaking the insulation and causing water damage. As of the moment, we are still waiting on someone to return our multiple calls. We receive assurance that someone will reach out to us .... no one has yet to do that. Very disappointed. 20 year military veteran who understand the call to service. Now waiting on a response before I have to replace all my insulation and ceiling. Disappointed from Sumter
