Here on vacation, the AC in the rental was not working properly. With no successful response from the rental agency after 3 days, I decided to reach out to a local company for some help. ServiceWorks came up on my search engine. It happened to be on a holiday and the answering machine picked up. Within a few minutes I received a text from the owner. He said he would send someone out as soon as he could. His man came sooner than expected and got me up and running. I paid out of my pocket, understandably, as he was not the contracted company for the rental agency. The price was more than reasonable, the service was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend these folks. This area is fortunate to have such a company as reliable as this one that can be counted on in a time of need.

The first time I called Joe/owner answered the phone and was willing to come when I called at 8:15 pm. I told him I could wait till the morning. I had a 8 am appt. I was sent texts on arrival time, Jason was at my door a little earlier. He is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I later spoke with the Joe. It is rare to have a business' owner really care about their customers and look out for their employees. It's a small growing local business and I trust their service and know we won't be taken advantage of them like most do. Service: A/C system maintenance
