Our Go To Guy From Now On! Had a storm door reinstalled after a previous contractor botched the job. Door is now solid and functioning with a couple extras to insure insulation intact, etc. Showed up when promised, estimate was in line with final price, and Lanny understands Surfside rules!

We needed a 6’ TV mounted. It was done w/in a brief period of time. Workmanship was customer focused, w/time spent to review how the mount was adjusted and returned to center or changed direction as needed. Zip tied the wires, so nothing was hanging down looking sloppy . Made sure the TV was working( connected to system) before he left. Finally, VERY reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Lanny to anyone looking for quality work.
