Steve was here on Tuesday to check out our Halo5 filter system. To his surprise he discovered that it was installed wrong and came back today and corrected the problem that someone else created. Now I know it’s the way it should have been done. He is such a knowledgeable professional and a gentleman as well. Carolina Cool is lucky to have a technician of his caliber on staff.
