Our AC would not cool in 90 degree weather, but CC came through for us In a big way !! The staff who took my call was polite and got me in touch with the right person right away. We had an appointment for the same day. Stacey our service rep was On time, efficient, professional and Knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I appreciated his genuine concern for our problem.He had it foxed in no time. I would highly recommend Carolina Cool. Service: A/C system repair

I wanted to let you know that Stacey was amazing. I got into town and my condos AC wasn’t working. He came out Saturday night at 11:30 pm and found the problem and even took the time to show me where the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He was so professional and a joy to work with. I just wanted to say he is amazing. I didn’t have a service plan and he had suggested it. I signed up that night. Carolina Cooling is a great company to work with.
