Day Cooling

I called around 8:30pm last night and received a call back less than 2 minutes later. They were able to fit me in at 8am this morning, and knowing that I had to be at work by a certain time, Rob showed up about 10-15 minutes early, which was very much appreciated! Rob was super friendly and efficient. He explained everything he did while he was there, so that I would understand everything, and then he answered all of my ridiculous follow-up questions without making me feel ridiculous for asking them. I went ahead and signed up for their service/maintenance program. It seemed like a good investment... and I wouldn't mind getting to see Rob again. ;)

Had used Day Cooling last fall for some ac work. Called earlier this week with an urgent issue -- the ac unit was out on the 2nd floor of my home. I left 3 messages with the answering service and one voice message on the cell of a serviceman. No reply at all. Eventually chose One Hour HVAC and they were great! The serviceman came to my home the next morning and quickly fixed the issue. 5 stars for One Hour!!

Central A.c. Unit needed repair. They identified the issue, explained the course of action, completed the repair in a very timely manner. Very personal and professional. Cleaned up the work area and removed their shoes. Highly recommend Day cooling!
