I contacted East Coast Air when are compressor was not coming on and the house was getting very hot.. They responded to are needs very quickly. They let me know exactly when the tech was on his way and sent his picture so we knew it was the correct person. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He identified are problem very quickly and had the unit running in no time. He proceeded to check the system to make sure there were no other issues. The primary drain was plugged and he made sure it was cleared before leaving. I would recommend East Coast Air to everyone.
