WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was promised a 2 week turnaround. 2 weeks turned into 8 months! The contractor would show up for a couple hours then not come back for weeks at a time. I was double charged for many items and even charged 3 different times for the kitchen sink installation. The contractor lied and said completed work and never actually did it, but I still received the bill. I told the company that this particular contractor was not allowed on my property anymore, but they still sent him back to complete the work he lied about doing. I EVEN CAUGHT HIM SMOKING A CIGARETTE INSIDE MY HOUSE!! Not on the porch, inside my house! They finally sent new contractors to finish the job. I asked for a quote to paint the house because I was curious what the cost would be. I used to work at Lowe's so I was wondering if it would just be easier for me to do it using my discount or have them do it. They went ahead and painted the house without me giving the go-ahead. I had a simple hole that needed patched on the 2nd floor exterior of my house. I told them i needed it done reasonably quickly. After coming out and looking and then giving me a quote, nothing happened for 3 weeks. I was then told that they didnt have a ladder that could reach... its a 2 story house on a flat lot. The hole was just above the height of a window. Would not recommend. Just go ahead and throw those ValPak coupons away.

I am not able to advise on their work because we never got that far. After making contact I was advised they would get in touch with me. They did and asked if they could come out in an hour I advised them I was not able because I was at work. Later on we did make an appointment for them to evaluate and give me a quote. They never showed or called. I called an hour and half later and was advised there was an emergency, ok. Left it that and ended having to call back. Second appointment it was the same no show or call. I went to where there location is supposed to be and never established they existed. I can only assume it is a shady service trying to prey on elderly. Use them at your risk
