Chris was a neighbor of mine and asked if he could landscape my side yard as we lived next door to each other. He said if I didn't like it, that it could be put back to original. He won't return phone calls and my side yard is a disaster. I don't trust this man anymore, I have lost all respect for him. Just want the Public to know what kind of person that you are dealing with. His action does not deserve even one STAR. Not to be Trusted!!!!!

(0/5 stars really) Terrible experience ranging from awful communication to failed repairs. Chris’s text messages are unreliable for timely replies and often time lacking needed description for situations being discussed requiring repeated unnecessary responses. Chris didn’t take beginning notes or safe contact information from the start and needed repeated reminders of phone numbers for myself and my tenant. His subcontractors were not competent in several fields including drywall repairs and roofing. Multiple attempts at making normal repairs to building materials standard in any home were not only difficult but ultimately impossible for them to complete successfully. A job that easily should have been completed in under a month was beginning in the summer of 2018 still isn’t resolved due to poor repair expertise. Please find other repair professionals, this is an example of a business you should run away from before they begin a long and drawn out nightmare.

The man I spoke to on the phone told me to buy my materials (fair) and when I asked him what materials I needed for the projects listed, he told me to “google it.” They showed up 4 hours earlier than our scheduled appointment time. When I opened the front door, the man made me highly uncomfortable. They could only fix ONE THING out of my list of 6 things. And the one thing they “fixed” remained broken. (None of the outlets in my nursery worked after they replaced the covers.) I wasn’t going to have them back out to my house because they made me feel so uncomfortable. I just paid $150 to an electrician to come out and reattach one cord that Chris’ Property Services forgot to reattach. Stay. Away. From. This. Business.
