Ross was responsive, professional and extremely accommodating. He worked us in within 24 hours of connecting via phone and fixed one issue on the spot and made time to come back the next day for the other issue. He gave us an honest evaluation of the necessary repairs without trying to sell superfluous upgrades. Pricing was upfront and fair. We will definitely be calling him again in the future.
