Richard is the absolute best. He has helped us out with our plumbing problems on several occasions, and always does a fantastic job!
Mr. Murphey was working on Dec 26, a bitter cold day morning. When I called he indicated that it would be late, as many many people had broken water lines due to the freeze. I expected it to be after dark. About 30 minutes after I called, Mr. Murphey called to tell me he was on his way. He had a cancellation and worked me in. I was thrilled. Thank you. After being told by numerous other plumbing companies that our issue was “low priority” to them on a day with lots of busted pipe emergencies, Richard was nice enough to take care of our problem same day, within a few hours of a first phone call.
