After being told by numerous other plumbing companies that our issue was “low priority” to them on a day with lots of busted pipe emergencies, Richard was nice enough to take care of our problem same day, within a few hours of a first phone call. Arrived on time to scheduled appointment and he got right to work! Within an hour, he fixed two toilets, and an outdoor leak, and was in and out. Even wrote us a note for the water company because it was a leak that could cause a high bill. Super nice, open to any questions or other quick fixes on the spot, would 100% recommend this company for everything plumbing!
